Where do you ship?

We currently ship across the entire continental United States.

How long does processing and shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days.

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

What if I want to buy in bulk or wholesale for my store or restaurant?

Are the hot sauces vegan or gluten-free?

While the ingredients we use are technically vegan and gluten-free, we have not gone through the formal certification process to receive those official designations.

What is the shelf life?

Unopened, store-bought hot sauce typically lasts 2–5 years when stored in a cool, dark pantry. Once opened, it remains good for about 6 months in the pantry or up to 1–2 years in the refrigerator.

Because of the high vinegar (acid) content, spoilage is unlikely, but the flavor and color may gradually change over time. We recommend adhering to the “best by” date on the bottle — although we doubt they’ll last you that long. 😉

How hot are they?

That depends on the flavor. Our goal isn’t to create the hottest sauces possible, but bold, balanced sauces that complement your food.

Most Pistol Patti’s sauces fall between 2 and 5 on a 10-point heat scale, delivering plenty of flavor with just the right kick.

What size are the bottles?

Each bottle of Pistol Patti’s Hot Sauce contains 5 oz (148 ml) of sauce.
